Refund Policy for Booked Tickets
- All sales are final. Purchased event tickets are non-refundable, non-redeemable and non-transferable to another person. Please select carefully and contact us if you have any enquiries beforehand.
- Unless the event you have purchased a ticket for has been cancelled or rescheduled, or there are legal requirements that provide otherwise (including those of Australian Consumer Law), tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- If an event is rescheduled, you will be offered equivalent entry at the rescheduled event.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or an event is cancelled entirely, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of the tickets less the ticket booking fee.
Guests must be over the age of 18 years old and must be able to provide I.D upon entry. Entry is subject to dress codes and venue policies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if standards are not met.
Covid-19: Mars Bar Adelaide adheres to, and actively enforces all Government mandated restrictions and SA Health policies in relation to COVID 19, as per our Covid plan. Please be advised operations are subject to change at any given time to comply with updated information from Government.
